Mallory launched a strategically speaking and presentations program in June 2016 with an extended in-person and online program at OIST. Becky returned at the end of that month for assessments and certificates. OIST requested a return trip, further customized to fit their needs, in a 3-day workshop style event in December 2016. Alyssa took the lead on this third trip to OIST to teach the customized workshops on cultural intelligence, networking, and presentation skills to these dynamic, brilliant, international postdoctoral researchers.
